This year, the District convened a large group of parents, community members, staff members, teachers, and the Board of Education to develop our strategic plan for the year. Otherwise known as our Blueprint for Excellence, this planning process is the backbone of District initiatives for the year ahead. The work done will be reported out on regularly at Board of Education meetings, measured in final reporting, and then serve as the foundation for planning during the next year. This year’s Blueprint has been developed with nearly 40 team members and will be further refined by district staff before being adopted by the Board of Education. This year’s priority areas are: Academic Excellence, The Student and Staff Experience, and Long Range Planning. Please click on the Overview & Highlights pages below for more detailed information.
